Thank you so much for being so transparent..i felt when you got emotional because I also experienced the same . I was diagnosed 2021 .I got sick on my Birthday wish really sukt! But I over came the struggle. I don't know how I did it. Looking back and it is something I don't want to ever relive ever again and I thank God it was me and not someone I Love. I'm still recovering I have good days and bad days ,I'm back to work again and taking it day by day.. videos with testimonies has help me so much more than physicians.prayer and Meditation is number one key for me..but your not alone..thanks for sharing 🙏

I've had VM on and off aince 2015.. What helped me : Not being in a windy cold place as the change in air pressure could trigger VM/ putting cotton balls in my ears while sleeping / taking paracetamol by dissolving them in my mouth slowly and waitinf for the headache and dizziness to pass while it dissolves/ massaging my head / avoiding cold and flu/avoiding bright light, heat, cold, wind and air drafts specially after showers/ using the blow dryer somehow helps/ avoiding phlegm as it may cause VM / treating acid reflux as soon as it happens/ avoiding stress

I’ll probably cry too when I’m healed. I finally got diagnosed with vestibular migraine. I’ve been home for a year and a month. I can’t wait to be able to walk with out discomfort. Doctor predicts a treatment effect after a month.

Thank you Katie for sharing your experiences. It really illustrates how miserable most allopathic medicine is practiced. seem that money is at the root of all evil! and the people you saw just didn’t care how bad you felt and for how long Anyway, now you know about that and it will help you make good choices for caretakers in the future.

I'm doing the beef only diet, taking 80mg propanolol a day and 50mg sertraline for 3 weeks and attacks have practically stopped completely. I have had ibs for 19 years now and can't eat fruit or much vegetables but I also don't want to stay on the carnivore diet for long as it's incredibly boring and anti social and I don't know what foods I can live on and not trigger migraines but I do want to figure it out soon because I own a busy bar and have a good social life.

❤❤❤ so glad I have discovered what it is I’m dealing with. I see a chiropractic doctor that muscle tests and we tested so many different treatment options. Surprisingly reading the Bhagavad Gita and Rudolph Steiner works would help me with my vestibular migraine issue. Along with walks in nature three times a week. And using a qtip to massage my tender ear for 45 seconds 2 times a day. I haven’t wanted to go the prescription route but I’m open to it if it doesn’t go away.

My son has been done with migraines for the last 3 years 24/7. To this day they still can't give me an answer. He has done medications, acupuncture pt, Chiropractic. Anything you can think of and we're not any better off than we were 3 years ago. Our neurologist did the same thing

Well done Katie, been through the same system of Neurologists, ENT for the past 18 months, frustrating as hell then I flew to a larger more equiped hospital to see an audiologist to have a hot and cold pressure test with eye googles, amazing, we established the left hand side of the vestibular was only responding to 5%, this gave me starting point with a rehab, exercise’s moving your eyes from left to right 20 times, then up and down 20 times, this eased the pressure in my head and migraines, also focusing on your finger in front of you and moving your eyes from side to side, as with my staggering just concentrate on a straight line and talk to yourself, Im living with it now, was very depressed and fatigued for the first year, can’t recommend any medications that actually worked just exercises and time
