Ukrainian skies are being constantly assaulted by Russian barrages, so traveling by air is not smart (MH17-incident was foreshadowing). So "Iron Diplomacy" is the smart option. Russia wouldn't dare attack by the Polish border when world leaders visit. If they assassinate a NATO head of state, that's a declaration of war with the Alliance. The Kremlin is crazy but even they don't want WW3. (It's still smart to minimize risks while traveling on trains, tho.)

A 2 day journey is about 50 hours. For 1000km, that implies an average speed of only 20km/h.
@bwofficial177610 ай бұрын
You probably wouldn't want to go much faster on North Korean or Russian rails, particularly with a heavy armored train pulled by some ancient engine.

@domtweed732310 ай бұрын
@@Defort-jd8xe It's normally referred to as maths, 1000/50 = 20. I'm not saying going 20km/h is a bad thing, it's probably to give the security team time to check the tracks ahead. After all, if I were Kim, I wouldn't trust Vlad to not assassinate me.

Gonna make the pugging scene worse than it already is. No matter how small the impact in reality is, the ”wrong” dmg profile gonna have a hard time getting picked. Better to skip that part and have a flat dmg increase for all on different types of mobs each week
