I might be wrong , I might be right but the little I know about this matter is Constitutional Court Judges are nine .Majority Judgement supporting Sekhukhune Royal House claim was written by Judge Khampepe and voted by seven other judges. Minority Judgement supporting Mampuru House Claim was written by Judge Jafta and voted for by one other Judge . Meaning the split was 7 - 2 . Dr Koma needs to unpack it so that we may understand what does he mean when he says Mampuru family lost the Kingship at Constitutional Court by only one vote ?
