Another aspect we ain't talking about it how Kobe would of kept everyone accountable from day 0. Something the nets were clearly lacking.

That I will agree. The issue is the accountability isn't the only problem the nets have. They have a below average coach. They had two starters injured (Harris and simmons) they also had two new guys in the rotation (Seth and Drummond). They only had 20 games as a unit. Good luck winning a chip like that. Most teams need everything to be perfect or even get a lucky break to win a chip.

Kobe Bryant is the best to ever do it. Jordan is the GOAT. Kevin Durant and Curry are the best we've seen since those guys but can't say they are on their level. Kobe Bryant was just unreal. He won 5 championships with only one other star on the team and did things on both ends of the court that were absolutely incredible. People forget about the problems Kobe caused other teams as well with things that don't show in the statistics. That top tier of players featuring Kobe, Magic, Stockton, Jordan, Bird, Wilt, Kareem, Olajuwon, Thomas, Russell, Shaq...Unreal.

He's had the NBA and it's refs and announcers supporting and hyping him up since day one. He bounced on his hometown team twice desperately chasing rings. He lost Gold for the United States in the Olympics...it was Kobe who had to come and lead the team to Gold. LeBron promised the NBA and it's fans that he would compete in the dunk contest and then didn't. LeBron James has near identical career averages and championships as Larry Bird...the difference between LeBron and Larry? LeBron did it with steroids and super teams and it took him almost two decades...Larry did it in 9 years as an unathletic white guy with a bad back and with the team he had to work with.
