I have already identified that I am my best employee ultimately making me self employed rather than a business owner, I make a ton of money but it’s about time I slow down before I wish I slowed down. My issue seems to be that my skillset is very high so my biz is not scalable and maintain superior quality. My answer is this…..I’m starting a biz that is scalable and have some great equipment showing up this week for that new endeavor and I made my 1st $ 2 days ago with this endeavor with the tools I had. I want to learn how to run 1 van remotely and then 2 vans etc etc and blow it up. I appreciate the content and what this dude has to say.

@@cleancutslawncare Yes. They sell it as a kit if you want. I use double ripper blades for mulching leaves and 1 high lift and 1 ripper for mulching and blowing them into the woods. (If available)

What is the advantage of the cross setup?
@grasshopperlawnmaintenance87382 жыл бұрын
@@waylonratcliffe Pulverizes the grass clippings and leaves. Turns the leaves to dust mostly. The grass clippings are very small, does a great job of mulching. I run them on my rider and walk behind.

Isn't incentivizing Google Reviews against their Terms of Use or some other policy? I'm pretty sure if Google finds out they will shut down your business listing. Maybe that's a risk some businesses are willing to take, but that would be a risky play.

I don't get lawn car companies. Here with Bermuda grass in the south it needs to be mowed twice a week, not once every two weeks. Lawn service lawns are the worst looking, thin and full of weeds.

I like this content. But I'd really like to see you/ Kory ballard share some content on how you go from part time to full time and so on. Also how you started/ Kory ballard. Did you start like many of us with a push mower and hand blower and a big box store trimmer? So yeah it be really nice if you guys could really touch base on guys like my self. I'm my experience guys like me start this type of company because our heart is into it. Plus us guys/GIRLS honestly our the ones who do the best work. I say that with respect to all. But I'm sure you will agree at some point that the bigger you get the more the company will loose that perfection in the bissunes operation day to day.
