I was in the same pool guy situation. The quickest fix we did was we charge per chemical? We make a little profit off of the chemicals and it’s not included in the prices which automatically goddess to where we needed to go and got our operational expenses easier. Plus, we’re able toraise prices in different places from the chemicals to the service room.
