Bertrand Russell told a story of a philosophy student who wrote an extremely long essay explaining why he felt it was unjust to send him to fight in the 1st World War. He researched it for weeks, put a huge amount of effort into his arguments and eventually sent it off. At which point someone said "You know, all you had to put down was 'Quaker' under religion to get out"

You should thank the real men that had the guts to actually go and fight for their country. Even if it was a quite unfortunate war, the men that went there were brothers who fought and died to protect the vietnamese people who were being senselessly butchered and raped by the VC and Rebel armies. Larry didn't do crap all to help anybody but himself.
