My two best friends have Aspergers and it took them a long time to learn also. They both had a difficult time making friends and getting along with coworkers so I tried to teach them and they slowly got it. Personally, it's not an accident that my two best friends have this, I appreciate the unfiltered honesty and can't stand all the BS. If I ask them what they think of something they just tell me or they will randomly tell me my breath smells like a cat just died. If I ask other people they lie because they don't want to hurt feelings. It's annoying but we have to get along with people so we have to behave as those around us do.

5:15... I have always wanted to respond like this whenever someone invites or suggests an office dinner, gathering or any work retreat..brutal honesty from Larry.

This was better than anything SNL has put out in a long time. This is hysterically accurate and necessary

If you ever see Larry David in person: go up to him, put him in a headlock, start rubbing the top of his bald head, and saying "He's such a good little curmudgeon. We love our little curmudgeon, don't we?" I knew somebody who did that to him once and Larry David LOVED IT!!

My big boss invited the team to the funeral of our boss's dad. While I like my boss, there was no way I was going to waste a whole Saturday attending a funeral of someone I didn't know, and being forced into the super awkward situation of seeing my boss crying her eyes out. That is a very personal moment, and way, way too familiar for a work relationship.
