Hello Jacob, I wanna suggest a Watford video about Valérien Ismaël how he changed the mentality in the summer, fixed the finances & took control of the dressing room. Lost to Sunderland on 4th October but got new contract & ever since, we lost 3 games in 18 Championship games.
