The problem is that in the style of football played by Liam, Acun Ilıcalı wants a football that attacks more, presses and traps the opponent in the future. He wants to build a team that will constantly attack. Hull City's valueWhile it was 105 million Euros, it fell behind Norwich City with 63 million Euros and lost the offseason. And against Playmouth, a team that is at the bottom of the league, more aggressive, more attacking, more goal-seeking. The side should have been Hull City, but this cannot happen with the style of football played by Liam. Unfortunately, Hull also has problems keeping the ball forward and constantly concedes goals easily, and they are not good enough in terms of defence No success achieved

Hull were _dismal_ last season. Yes, they avoided the drop, but they were playing terrible football. I've watched them time and again this season, and the difference is staggering. Actual, decent to watch football, and managing to get points from tough opponents. This is the toughest Championship for a while, you've had four clubs fighting for the top two spots, and Norwich and West Brom are no cakewalks either. The improvement that Rosenior has brough has been immense, and I genuinely do not understand what possible reason they could have had to get rid.

I'm a Fenerbahce fan supporting Hull City and here to give you some insights about this Acun's decision. Acun is now a board member in Fenerbahce, will play an important role at the club, as well. Acun has always been a direct supporter in Fenerbahce club, both in terms of material and moral. If you inspect Fenerbahce's progress in the last 10 years, you will better understand this pattern. Under Ali Koc's Fenerbahce presidency, Fenerbahce signed big names, had 0 national titles (mostly finishing the league in top 3), changed managers each of every year with decent European success. But Turkey has a different football atmosphere, that's hard to compare these two teams. However, Fenerbahce showed some signs of attactrive football during those years, with great youngsters and established middle age players like Arda Guler, Ferdi Kadioglu, Jayden Oosterwolde, Kim Min Jae, Eljif Elmas, Vedat Muriqi. Check out those guys' career and how much money they have made the club earned. Historically, Fenerbahce's style of play is based on school of Brazil - Jogo Bonito. Acun is just aiming this, while signing promising youngsters. Here I'm not backing or criticizing Acun's decision. He took that risk of being against of Hull supporters. He's that type of guy. We'll see the outcome next year. It's a risky decision but I can clearly understand what he aims for.

Interesting decision, but perhaps better to part ways while both manager and club are in relatively positive positions. If you and your partner have different sets of values, then it's probably better to end things early than to get married and inevitably run into more serious problems further down the line. That being said, the owner might be targeting the unachievable, but it's his club and his decision if he wants to pursue that goal - just hope the fans don't end up suffering from the owner becoming reckless in his pursuit of that aim!

Bla bla bla Acun Ilıcalı wants success. There is no time to wait for the young coach to become experienced. Acun Ilıcalı wants a more experienced attacking coach. After all, a lot of money is spent And the team cannot afford to fail. How can Hull City, worth 105 million Euros, stay out of the 7th Play Off, behind Norwich, worth 63 million Euros? Also, against a last place team like Playmouth in the last match.He may be out of the play offs by playing ineffective football against and losing. We have seen that Liam was ineffective in many of his matches. If there is any success, it is due to the quality of the players.
@mrdeafa257 ай бұрын
@@Hibrahim1 I’m pretty sure you have little understanding of the league we play in. The teams that finished above us are financially much better off than us. To grind out a place that high in the table with a bunch of loaners and also-rans is an immense achievement. The ‘three year plan’ devised by the chairman and the manager was almost achieved in two years! Why give him a contract extension and shortly after sack him? Right now, the chairman’s credibility in Hull is wavering. Rosenior will be snapped up quickly by a better club than us and all for what? We are left with half the squad we need, no manager, no back room staff and what kind of idiot would want to work for a club that sacked the manager after such a strong season?
