My boyfriend's father just passed away. He listened to his brother and instead of getting/ keeping life insurance, he put that money into stocks...total value: $13,000. The family is financially devastated...DO NOT pass up on life insurance!!!!!!!

My BFFs first husband was only 25 when he passed away. He was crossing the street to go to a 7-Eleven when he collapsed in the middle of the street. Autopsy revealed a hole in his heart no one knew about. He had even spent 2 years in the army and no doctor ever detected it. But his mother had been an insurance agent at one time in her life. She always told everyone to be sure to get life insurance. When her son passed, she had excellent insurance on him. He had a beautiful funeral and there was money left over for his wife and 2 year old son.
