PHP Agency is a multilevel marketing company, meaning that it makes money when people recruit lower-ranking members, who then funnel their sales commissions upwards. Agents move up through the ranks based on their recruitment rates, according to a 2016 PHP fact sheet on “compensations and promotional guidelines.”

You have made more posts than anyone else on this channel and I'm going to gather all your posts into one response and would like to address your lack of correct information. 1. I can tell you're not quite educated on what a pyramid scheme is and what the difference is between MLM and a pyramid scheme. 2. PHP agents don't get paid for recruiting, they get paid by multibillion dollar companies selling financial products. 3. Why are you using fact sheets that are 6 years old???? 4.. I can tell just by your attitude, constant complaining and your youtube profile of what kind of life you live. I got 3 words for you, "you", "are", "broke". I bet some of these guys make more money in a day than you do in a month by helping protect families financially.

Nobody makes money from recruiting in PHP. Money doesn't filter upward to line the pockets at the top while keeping agents poor at the bottom. 🤣 Licensed agents get paid what they are supposed to, at their commission level, ONLY by writing life insurance policies. Any money made is ONLY done by writing life insurance policies. Agents can promote to higher levels based on recruitment rates (that you don't get paid for) and total dollar amount of life insurance policies written by an agent (that they do get paid good commission for!). PHP Agency is a Network Marketing company with high standard and high standings, and anyone here to smear this company with ignorant misinformation like you have obviously doesn't know anything about the company and how it functions. PHP Agency represents insurance carriers who have been around since 1848. These companies will not risk their long-standing good reputation to work with any company who scams or does wrong. You are just part of the "bandwagon" of "know-it-alls" who know nothing, but you put yourself out there like this to feel self-validated by people who ignorantly agree with you about something they also know nothing about. Or you are one of our competitors who just like to try smearing your competition because you don't like losing reps to a better company (happens a lot on social media and KZbin!). If you don't really know what you are talking about, or you are one of our unethical competitors, then go find something better to do with your life. Your ignorant input here isn't needed. 🤣

What is not discussed here is how do they get their clients. And if you want to build an agency, how will those agents get their clients. I think it's go out and recruit a bunch of people and have them sell their family and friends and try to recruit the family and friends as well. Not a good plan. This only works well for most people if they have a good way to get in front of clients without hitting up family and friends. Yeah, you can let them know what you do and if they have questions...but not make a list and start calling people up out of the blue to sell them something and/or to recruit them. And going into debt buying a bunch of leads is not the best either. Not saying MLM is bad. But almost all MLMs operate the same way....recruit everyone around you, hit up family and friends, try to turn them into sales people, etc etc. And you better believe those IULs they are selling won't be designed that well. They will be designed with the highest target premiums they can get which makes for a poorly designed policy that will probably lapse some day, or never produce the cash value they could if designed the right way. And when you go selling them to people who can barely scrape together $250 a month, you will see a lot of those policies lapse down the road because those people aren't real savers and they will not want to keep paying a couple hundred a month. This presentation is all sizzle and no steak. Not saying a few will not make a lot of money. But I wonder how many started with PHP and dropped out. And starting someone with a 40% contract is ridiculous. If you want to do this, have at it. You may make it big...but be aware.

I agree, I know how these MLM works…. I know everyone is rehung to make money…. You make great points and are all points I can confirm as well. But wishing for the best for those that want to try, sadly only the ones that recruit are the ones that make the money and will loose if those recruits start to leave and then it becomes a vicious cycle because you have to recruit more and more.
@victor4advice
@victor4advice Жыл бұрын
@@ednab.9001 Yes...building an insurance business based on recruiting is bad. You have to develop a system to generate targeted leads on a consistent basis. Then you can bring on some quality people and either feed them the leads for a reduced commission, or show them how you are marketing and take an override. This way you can have a small agency of six figure earners, and everyone is making great money. Then family and friends see what you're doing and ask you about the products.

Omar, apparently you've never started a business before. lol The description of the video talks about what industry we are in, Life Insurance, which is mentioned multiple times throughout the video. So what product do we sell? Duh, LIFE INSURANCE! LOLOL If you are going to lie about a video, be a better liar and actually watch the video so you know what to lie about. If you go to 15:15 or 18:25, or many other spots in the video, Life Insurance is mentioned. Financial Services is also mentioned multiple times. As far as geting licensed... So the requirement to get a license to do business somehow makes what we do illegitimate? Again, you've never ran a business or been in a business which requires licensing. Guess who else has to get their license before they can write business and make money? Claims Adjusters, Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, Financial Advisors, Travel Agents, General Contractors, HVAC Techs, Doctors, Nurses, Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists, Accountants, etc... the list is enormous. Many of these people go off to create their own business through an LLC, which also costs money to register. They need to advertise, possibly get equipment, hire people and get business insurance. Now we are talking dumping money into starting a business before they even get started. So, are these businesses now illegitimate because YOU say so? LOL When I first got started into Real Estate Wholesaling, I paid upwards of $7K total over 3 different courses to learn how to do it properly. It cost me money to get an LLC, business cards, website, signage and a CRM before I made a dime. I also took the real estate licensing course, which by itself at the time cost almost $400 (not even including the cost of taking the test to get my license). I made all that back and then some on the first 3 property sales! In order to start ANY business and be successful in your own business, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO "BUY IN" TO GET A PIECE OF THE PIE!! Now, all you people on here commenting negatively DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. You just like complaining or spreading misinformation you heard somewhere. Happens all the time! Life Insurance is one of the best industries to be in, or any kind of Financial Services company. This company is awesome because I get to truly make a difference in the lives of others, in a legitimate business representing insurance companies as old as 175 years, and make a great income doing so WITH HARD WORK. I build for myself, and I help others build their business, help them make great money and get where they want to go in life. I help clients, and I educate people regardless of whether they buy a policy or not. Nothing is built on the backs of anyone. Just like I told you from my other account (Amadeus4k)... You are just part of the "bandwagon" of "know-it-alls" who know nothing, but you put yourself out there like this to feel self-validated by people who ignorantly agree with you about something they also know nothing about. Or you are one of our competitors who just like to try smearing your competition because you don't like losing reps or clients to a better company (happens a lot on social media and KZbin!). If you don't really know what you are talking about, or you are one of our unethical competitors, then go find something better to do with your life. This prompted me to get in touch with her, and from October 2021 till now we have been working together, and I can now boast of $15k in my trading portfolio

I earned more this year because I have been investing while working at the same time. I invested through Mrs Davina Norman, same woman that the anchor kept mentioning on CNBC, and made multiple of my start up capital within three months . She lives here in the USA and she is licensed.

There is no transparency in this company. Try to find information on this company structure How much agents start at How much they have to recruit to get to the top level Promotion requirements And ownership And the list goes on and on. This is a big red flag. Transparency is key.

You guy spend all this time training to recruit, and rather than a deeper understanding of the mechanics for a universal whole or an indexed annuity. It's really messed up to only pay them 30%, while the company takes 120%, and make people kill themselves to make 50%. Most places will start you at 80%

@@suburbantwaan I decided on a company that pays 60% with the ability to make 100% through quarterly bonus. They paid pre education, examination fee, and license application fee. They provide warm and hot leads, which is what sold me. Now it's nkt millions, but it's an easy six figures and I don't have to recruit. That's why I said 30% is messed up. You have to self gen all the business and your upline takes most of the money.

lmfao seriously. just came back from one of their seminars (that they initially advertised as an interview for a job with a salary) and I could smell the BS from the moment I walked in. When I tried asking questions to the new people I was 'meeting' that worked there, they kept finding ways to avoid answering. Weird ass mf's.

@@Michael-ld2np their business model revolves around nepotism and gaslighting. I think the most disrespectful part of this is that he "served" our country but now swindling the very people he served to serve him. Sales and finance get nasty of course, but this isn't that; its a straight up equilateral triangle

If the opportunity for income is primarily derived by recruiting more participants or salespersons rather than by selling a product, the plan probably is illegal. Several courts interpret greater pressure on members to sponsor new recruits than to market company merchandise as evidence of an illegal pyramid.
