Great analysis Zekko! What type of midfielder should Liverpool add to their squad? A DM, a 6/8 hybrid, or a more conventional 10? For me, I think we need to buy a Slot type DM to free up Gravenberch from the role. He's such a unicorn of a player that he should be allowed to roam more to maximise his skills and attributes.

I think if they are going to sign any position in midfield, then as you say it has to be DM, while Gravenberch has surprised everyone with the transition he has made and the ability to take that role and make it his own, I do feel like they need more support in that area for the future, just to be able to give him a rest at times which might be necessary in the future. He's doing a phenomenal job and you'd hate to think what happens if he were to get injured or miss a few games. Thanks for your support and for watching!

Thank you this is the analysis I was looking for. I watched the match and thought there's no way all those counter attacks from corners are a coincidence, Arne Slot definitely looked at this and so an opportunity. That's really top level football, to know and realize you can setup your own attack from your opponent's set piece is something else
