You were diagnosed with multiple bulging discs, your sciatica is killing you, and even the surgery your doctor recommended never fixed the pain.

Thanks for this story. I had been in very exhausted pain ten twelve years ago for four years. Now I am in strong pain again and pay attention to your advice to calm my brain during a flare up, it's not easy how it sounds.

What is desensitizing? How is that accomplished?

How long after microdiscectomy do you think it's safe to start doing planks and push ups and pull ups? I'm 6 days post-op. Thinking about starting to build back up around the two week mark.

Hey……I’ve had mircodiscectomy 9 months ago. I’m the cricket player and im back to full fledged game including dives and everything 😃.Here’s my advice 1. Don’t rush into things. You might feel you’ve healed but actually you haven’t. You’ve a surgery man you’re muscles have been cut down so take time. 2. You’ll need patience even after you are allowed to move and everything still you’ll have restrictions about bending and also you’ll have fear back of your mind about its reoccurrence. 3. Take your rehab seriously. Treat your body well🫡👍
