Prawns are my favorite too Steve.. Generally we get fish like pomfrets, Mackerel, Salmon, King fish, Sardines, Bombay duck... N make different preparation of each fish . Though fried fish is favorite of all, I also love tasty coconut curries with different masala...Hope you enjoyed prawns 😀

Well there's a first Byron.. :o) That's a tricky question buddy, gelatin in itself isn't really decorative! However it does help produce Michele's favourite candy, Maynards Wine Gums :o) which always makes her smile, so there is my answer ;o)
