You are quite humble and I admire that dearly. You have spent hours upon hours beating on your craft which you were able to hone into this incredible skill right ? Pure perseverance and Grit. Keep up the work, you sound fabulous.

Thank you for recognising the hard work I've put into this! Most people just assume it's some innate talent, but it is much better to get recognition for all the hours of practice one has put into something imo :)

It was great for you to share your personal experiences on camera. Seeing "performers as people," as I like to call it, certainly helps to connect to the people behind their channels and make them that much more welcoming to viewers. Keep it up! You might have remembered me asking about the model of harp you play in your Ballad of the Goddess recording. I've since spread out more research from the Ravenna recommendation to save up for a Siff Saff as my first harp, which is a similar 34-string budget model by the Welsh luthier Teifi. I'm excited for everything but the 7 hour road trip necessary to pick it up from their one stock agent located in the US! It does sound extreme given the availability of the tried and true Ravenna, but Teifi has pioneered their own unique semitone levers which I've heard many good things about and I do like to support new innovations in the music world. Everyone I've talked to along the way including you has been very helpful. It really is a wonderful community.

Thank you very much! I'm glad I was able to connect a little more with my subscribers ^_^ Oh yes, I do remember! I have tried a Teifi harp before, and they really are such wonderful harps! You won't go wrong with a Teifi :) I almost got one myself at one point.

Yeah, being a full-time student, it always takes a few months to arrange a song, learn how to play it, record, film, mix, master, and edit each new video ^_^ Thank you :)

Don't put too much pressure on you, it's not a problem if you don't upload as many videos as we would like to, we're only anonymous viewers to you ! Any video is fine, even one per year. You're very talented, and we appreciate your hard work just by listening to your music and your beautiful voice. Keep doing what you like most, that's the most important thing to do. I wish you the best for your studies, and I hope that you'll always have the time to practice the harp, because you really seem to enjoy it. Best wishes from France ! See you
@BrannaLaurelin7 жыл бұрын
This is so nice of you, thank you so much! I'd just like to say that even though you're "anonymous viewers" to me, I still consider you to be my "audience", so to speak, and I feel like I have a responsibility for not letting you all down. You are always so patient, and most of my viewers are so nice and polite - I get very little hate or stupid comments. So that makes me want to work hard to give you all more harp videos! It really motivates me, and it's not so much a source of stress, as a driving factor to work as hard as I can :) And this is also, as you say, what I like to do most, so it frustrates me when I can't spend as much time doing this as I should like. But I think I can safely say that you will get at least one video ^_^
@gounitas7 жыл бұрын
You're welcome. I only meant that you shouldn't care that much about us for you have the right to have issues like anyone else, and that we won't held it against you if you focus on your private life. You can be sure that we love what you do, and yes, we'll be patient :)

Well, 3 years until I was comfortable playing - I still wouldn't say I've mastered it even after 13 years! Not enough time to practice anymore RIP :p Good luck with your own playing!

Hi Branna it seems sad that your girlfriend is ill 😖💦 I hope she feel better soon 😊💗
@BrannaLaurelin7 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much for saying that! That is very sweet of you :) Unfortunately, there's little chance of her ever getting completely healthy again as there is no cure for her illness (ME). But we still have hopes that she'll be among the few who do get well again, or at least that she'll get better than she is right now so that she can lead a more normal life again.

Let me say you have a beautiful talent, I don’t know if you believe in god but he gave you that hands to share love through your music. Your tone of communication and the words you used comes from a lot of struggles. But I think you will become a successful KZbinr harp influencer. With love from Lima, Perú
@BrannaLaurelin6 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! I do not believe in God, but I do believe in hard work and a lot of practice :) I do not aspire to be a successful KZbinr, only to share the music that I love to play. Thanks!

@@BrannaLaurelin your answer may change overtime hehe I'll watch you growing keep it up Brann =')
@BrannaLaurelin5 жыл бұрын
@@roxaskeyblade6879 I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this, but I felt your comment was a little condescending, especially as I am a grown woman in my thirties. No, my answer won't change - I have never been religious, I didn't grow up in a religious environment and it's just never been a part of my life or anything I have felt any need for. I'm more of a nature worshipper than anything else, and have been since my early teens. I'm sure you didn't mean to be condescending, but that's how it came across, so I just felt like I needed to address this. I am very much against people trying to push their faith upon others, so things like this always trigger me slightly. Sorry if I misunderstood your intentions.

@@BrannaLaurelin You did misunderstood it haha But it's okay -my bad- let me be more specific this time, you said (I do not aspire to be a succesful KZbinr, only to share the music I love to play) And what I meant with my last message was (- You may not aspire now that ur just starting to get somefollowers, but in a future u may want to as u grow more and more and that would be great because i love ur videos and i wouldnt like u leaving YT :c (maybe if u aspire to grow more and more n KZbin you stay longer making videos for us -) :(( oh and don't worry I'm not a religious guy neither hehe♡
