i suffered bells palsy for 16 years now, but it was not fully recovered, my eyebrow does not move and my smile is not perfect still face dropping, what will i do? will this be recovered or not at all? thank you

It's been two months and it started small movement one month ago but now it's stopped improving and I can't drive a bike or anything because my hurts even air from fan hurts my eye and it swallows too bad and the doctor says it's chances of recovery are decreased so I am just 21 and I am scared 😢
