We have been there MANY times to cross from CD Juarez to El Paso and waited an hour and a half... A good crossing for you! I wish it would work your way more often! 😊

I lived in Juarez for 11 years (2009 - 2020) and crossed that Del Norte bridge almost daily and 6 mins is not typical. 30 -40 mins is average. Sometimes 1 hour + especially during morning rush hour during the school year and Christmas. That was the only thing I hated about living in Juarez was the wait / line to cross and the ppl that cut in line.

That’s odd! I’ve only had one experience when I lasted an hour, also, I should’ve said, I mainly go on weekdays so that may be why, weekends it’s usually between 30-60 minutes. I’m sure during holidays it’s much worse! Thanks for watching 🙏🏼

I was just there this past April, I got married on the bridge but it actually took over an hour to get to the US side to file my marriage papers but a few days later when we walked through, it took like 35 minutes It took us way longer by car tho

Hey bro I’m going to visit Juarez next month. I’m flying from Houston to El Paso and then planning to walk one of the bridges from El Paso to Ciudad Juarez. I’m bringing a small carry on bag with wheels that i usually travel with on plane. Do you know if they make a big deal if you cross the bridge walking with a small luggage like mine?

How about from El Paso to Juarez? Is through the same pasó del norte?

Hi 😊 do you know if the Zaragoza bridge is shorter to walk ? Or what bridge from Juarez is the shortest to walk ? Please
@sergicalcantara Жыл бұрын
Hey! Thanks for watching! ☺️ I have seen it before, but never crossed it myself, but by the looks of it Zaragoza is longer. Paso Del norte is pretty short, aside from the uphill walk part of the bridge it’s a fast crossing. I would go with Paso Del Norte! If you have any more questions let me know 👍🏼

Hey! Enjoyed your video. Did you catch the bus from Chihuahua to CJ? How has your experience been in Ciudad Juarez and Chihuahua? I am planning to maybe run the marathon (CJ) there in October.
@sergicalcantara Жыл бұрын
Hello! Sorry, I don’t know why KZbin doesn’t show me comments on my videos 🤦🏻♂️ sorry about the late response! I did. Anytime I go I get on a Ómnibus, tbh i the bus is my favorite part of the trip. They’re so comfortable, and they have tv’s. I love Chihuahua, I’ve been living here going on two years, Juarez on the other hand is a bit iffy like most border towns, but a marathon would be a great experience! Just stay safe, the heat while crossing the desert in between is tough. Make sure to wear sunblock and stay hydrated! If you have any questions lmk 👍🏼 thanks for watching!

We waited in a line that took two hours on a Saturday morning starting at 9:30 AM. Just a super long line. Nothing in Juarez is worth waiting in a stinky long line. Juarez is a good place for Mexicans.

Thanks. Really useful! So the walk across the bridge, customs to customs, takes about. . . 6 to 8 minutes? Is that about right?
@sergicalcantara2 жыл бұрын
No problem! Thank you for the idea. I really enjoyed making it, and it’s one of my better videos I believe. Yeah, I’d say about that time. Out of the whole experience crossing the bridge is the hardest part tbh. Especially if you’re out of shape like I am 😂 it’s so steep. On a day like the one in the video it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes in total. 👍🏼 I’m glad it helped! If you have any more questions or ideas about anything here in Mexico let me know, I’m happy to make a video and show you! Thanks for watching, appreciate you! 🙏🏼

Thanks for showing this, I'll make sure a share it Can I pay an Uber in ciudad Juárez in Dollars??
@sergicalcantara2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for commenting! Thank you! I would guess yes if you have the exact change since they do accept dollars in most places in Juarez but I personally wouldn’t do it. Whatever you do DON’T go in a taxi. They’ll rip you off especially if you have dollars. A trip from the border to the Juarez bus station is around $5 and one time when my phone wasn’t working I had to take a taxi and he charged me $45! I would just use peso’s or card tbh. But I’m sure they do accept it! They also accept dollars at the bus station. I hope that answered your question! Appreciate the support! God bless 🙏🏼

@@sergicalcantara do they ask for any paperwork entering to cuidad Juarez ? Or it’s just a walk in and that’s it can you take your real ID?
@sergicalcantara2 жыл бұрын
@@genesistorres8184 hey, thanks for the question! They do not. I’m planning on making a video on the process of crossing into Juarez. The military just asks you to show them what you have in your bag/s, you show them, and you cross. They’re usually incredibly nice and understanding. I just went last week. They don’t usually ask for ID. You only really need it on the way back to El Paso. I appreciate the support, I hope I was able to answer your question. God bless! 🙏🏼

Sorry for the late response! Idk why KZbin doesn’t show me my comments 🤦🏻♂️ as far as I know you’re not allowed. You need your passport since it’s considered international border crossing. If you have anymore questions lmk, thanks for watching!

You don’t need a passport, just walk across. Joe won’t mind.😅
