Hey Reezy! I have a question but haven’t seen it asked yet (maybe it has and I’ve just missed it but anyways) so when doing online arbitrage or even in store and let’s say you purchase the merchandise you wish to sell, do you add it to an existing ASIN or do you create a whole new listing that people will see when they type in what they’re looking for? I’ve noticed that when a product is listed the other sellers often get overlooked. Please help! I have some products that I have had listed under an existing ASIN for over a week and not 1 sale. Thanks so much!

Hey Reezy, new seller here, please explain to me and I have been trying to understand this for a minute now, how is it profit if you buy a product for 13.99 it sells on Amazon for 39.99 and after Amazon takes it cut, final profit is 5.00, the way I see it is you put out 13.99 and your getting back 5.00???I only pick products that leave me a profit higher than product cost. But please I would like to understand.
@Financingmyfuture2 жыл бұрын
It's only considered profit if you get back your 13.99....and in addition to that 5.00 any thing over the initial 13.99 that would be your profit.

I just started Amazon Arbitrage to build capital for my wholesaling business, but I'm restricted in almost everything. I was told to just sell what I can now until categories begin to automatically open up for me. Unfortunately, I'm racking up so many shipping fees and none of my inventory is really selling because of the low BSRs they have. The items I do sell are just going towards paying off my negative balance. Should I try to get ungated in something to start paying off these expensive shipping fees or just keep buying these slow moving BSR products and hope that I'll eventually get unrestricted in the more profitable and fast moving BSR categories? At this point, I'm basically just paying Amazon.

FBAScan is way too complex. It's also US-centric, which is bad for me in the uk. Eg, a book by a British superstar will have a low rank, but will sell here in about 2 weeks. I think a scanner software should have triggers for authors, publishers, or title keywords. Also, sellers should be able to flag when a very cheap book comes in at 10x the price.
@ReezyResells6 жыл бұрын
I agree that FBAScan is too complex but they do have a watch list in the app where you can put books that will trigger a buy alert if you scan them.
