I apologize about that. The first time we did her treatment I was in another building location because the currently building I was out of was being designed and under construction so the room lighting was very different. Also I upgraded phones in between then so the quality of the camera was also different. Thank you for your comment.

Last August I was 79 and had my first sculptra treatment....the end of October my second. This past April I turned 80 and I wasn’t sure about a difference..it is hard to tell because we see ourselves every day!! Earlier this month, June, I had my third treatment and saw pictures from my first to now. All I can say is WOW👍👍 there was a big difference! My face was better and brighter...but my neck😁😁 a huge difference. Can’t wait to see pictures in a couple of months. I’ll have another treatment next year sometime. I totally recommend getting sculptra if your on the fence..do this and not a face lift..it looks more natural. Good luck!

There is variation as the before photo was taken on an iPad pro that was 2 years and 4 months older than my most recent phone. I always upgrade my photography. Also I started taking photos on portrait mode. However if you look past the difference in lighting and lens you can see that in the areas mentioned, her temples especially, the skin tissue has indeed thickened. It’s very difficult to be consistent with the same photography equipment as over 2 years has passed. I have other photos on my website that were taken in more consistent lighting and camera equipment that you are welcome to look at.

As you are an expert: Can Sculptra also be used if you have autoimmune diseases such as neurodermatitis or thyroid dysfunction? I have heard of patients who, even years later, still have up- and downcreasing swelling and pain from Sculptra. It is quite terrifying because they say , they look like chipmunks, are in pain and nobody can really help them. It seems like a long term inflammatory.

@@Nalenja I would consult with the provider you choose but I have done Sculptra for people who have certain autoimmune disease. I have not ever heard of someone having bouts of swelling after Sculptra or pain. If your provider hits close to a nerve it’s possible to get pain, it happened to me once for weeks but it was not the Sculptra it was the needle that hit close to a nerve and this can happen with any injection.

@@NaturalInjector Thank you so much for your answer. 🍀 It sounded more like a long lasting inflammation and it seems to last for years. But I couldn’t find something professional about it - there are only several records from patients with that issue, who write, that the inflammation lasted in between 3-6 years and made a puffy / very broad and hurting face , and that’s quite scary. @NaturalInjector Жыл бұрын
Hi Annie. It’s difficult to say as one vial would be used to treat multiple areas of the face rather than just around the mouth and nasolabial folds. You may notice an improvement to those areas after one vial and the number of vials you need also depends on how much of an improvement you want to see. Scultpra can be used in most people but extra caution should be taken if someone has keloids or collagen vascular disease.

what do you think of diluted radiesse? would it be longer lasting? give more collagen than sculptra? or even use both?
@NaturalInjector
@NaturalInjector Жыл бұрын
I’m not a big fan of believing that Radiesse is a true collagen stimulator like Scultpra. I’ve tried the non diluted Radiesee several years ago and I never saw any collagen stimulation. It doesn’t make sense to me that hyper-diluting it would change it to a collagen stimulator. I I know the company says so and many ppl use hyperdiluted Radiesse but I just don’t think it’s in the same class as Scuptra, which is a true collagen stimulator. When you do Radiesee, even hyperdiluted, it will give you an immediate result, so it’s hard to tell what’s the collagen stimulation when it’s filling your tissue immediately and staying filled for a few months. With Sculptra, the results go away in 3 days because it’s from water, so any correction or volume you get thereafter is from true collagen stimulation.

@@NaturalInjector I'm in The Netherlands. There are only a few very experienced Sculptra injectors here, so I made sure to seek them out and not just go to anyone, but they're all pretty conservative about it here. You have to wait at least 3 months after each injection, whereas in the US it seems the protocol is several injections with about 2 weeks in between initially, then wait a few months to see if more is needed. It's just taking a lot more time than I was hoping so I feel like I lost time where I could have looked and felt better. Up until 2 years ago, I looked significantly younger than I was, then after wisdom tooth removal and Invisalign my face just caved in on me. I aged 10 years in about 6 months. It's still very hard getting used to my new face. It could technically just be natural aging, as I'm 44 now, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to go this fast. Have you ever had a patient that aged very rapidly in such a short time span? Is it unusual for it to deteriorate this quickly and suddenly?

Or does it matter? This other injector does my Dysport and does an amazing job. I do trust her.

Thanks for sharing your story. I like to get injected every 6-9 months as I do decently intense cardio and have low body fat so I totally get it! Tear trough filler shouldn’t interfere with Sculptra. You can essentially do the same day since it’s a different area of the face and you would not use Scullptra under the eyes, lips etc. This other video may be of much better help to you because it’s all about How many vials you need and how to maintain results 👉 kzbin.info/www/bejne/nJTFqpWAad6gh68

It cannot shrink your pore size. The product is intended to be injected deeper than the depth of your pores. I have seen some providers use it for acne scars but I’m not familiar with that. We can do things like lasers, peels and microneedling to make the pores look smaller but these treatments will need to be repeated as the skin is always regenerating.

In most cases. The only place where filler can really last a long time to where it can be permanent is the under eyes. It can also be long lasting in the lips after a few treatments and depending on the amount of volume injected but that may be from scar tissue formation.

I guess its a mystery that no one knows. Only 10 years from now and the surgeons, when they do a face lift, they could see everything that the patient has put on his face. I say this because when i got my breast implant my surgeon said told us about the facelift and removing all polimiters he found and the lady said it was only collagen same as sculptra like 1 year ago in a famous place that people are going now. I guess the esthetician dont know either

Why does running cause collagen loss? What about bike riding
@NaturalInjector
@NaturalInjector Жыл бұрын
Exercise helps you burn calories and fat and when your body is very lean with minimal body fat, the less likely you are to have fat in your face. Running is a really good aerobic activity which is very healthy for your body and heart overall but it tends to show in your face because it’s a great activity to burn calories. Bike riding can also make you very lean. Basically anything you do with high intensity cardio can cause you to be more lean, which in return will show volume loss more so than people who don’t work out or are at a higher body weight. Have you ever heard the term “there comes a time where you have to choose your fanny or your face?” This is where it comes from. Having low body fat may look great on the body but not so much the face.

@NaturalInjector
@NaturalInjector Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment but what’s bad is that you are accusing me of intentionally skipping the topic when I addressed it in it’s own separate video 👉 kzbin.info/www/bejne/n4ebe6BnpK96gpI. This video topic covered what was stated in the title. I have many videos on Sculptra and as a KZbinr we can choose how we want to address topics, as I am not being paid by any company to create videos. This is not a drug commercial sponsored by a pharmaceutical company that has millions of dollars behind them. Pharmaceutical companies that do commercials on medications are required to say the side effects on the commercial. I am not obligated to create videos period, and as such, I am not obligated to cover side effects. Whatever topic I cover is because I choose to cover it, whether it be on the subject of the drug or it’s side effect. It takes a considerable amount of time to create videos, and I choose to do so to educate the prospective audience who has questions and concerns about FDA approved injectables that I treat people with. It is ultimately up to you to do all of the research on treatments that you may be interested in and it is not our responsibility as content creators to create videos that address every single concern in one video. I don’t know about you but I love KZbin and I find it a very good source of information, but with that being said if I found a topic on something and the creator did not address every single question or concern I had I wouldn’t accuse them of purposely leaving it out in order to sell. I would be happy that they created a video in the first place because I know how much time it takes to create content and that it is ultimately my responsibility to research the questions and concerns I have.

@@NaturalInjector yes I took photos myself. I have frown lines and was misled into believing they would fade or disappear and I would also look 2 years younger with only 3 vials. I WAS SO EXCITED!! But when I didn't respond they said I needed another vial and when I showed no progress again, they pushed me to buy "additional vials" for a discounted price, only then I caught on to what was going on 💸💸. I also noticed when they photographed me, they angled the lighting in the room closer and moved the lens closer to my face, the ladies at the clinic all gaslighted me into believing I had significant changes in my skin tone too but I didn't, and there was absolutely NO change to my FROWN lines ☹️ and at the end of the day they tried to sell me more vials. 😩 Long story short, almost 4k in the hole with a tad bit smoother skin in the end. Hyaluronic acid would have done the same for a fraction of the cost. I feel like some of these people prey on desperate pple such as myself into believing they own a time machine in a vial, laser, etc. Also I now have a scar tissue like skin tag over one of the injection sites. ☹️ "Never again"😬 I should have done more research but when someone sells that kind of idea I personally took the hook, line and sinker.
