One provider injected me Radiesse to have a lifting effect of the bottom part of the face and stimulate the collagen. I tried it twice but I didn't like it cause it just added a little bit of volume which I didn't want and the doctor was telling me I won't get more volume with it. I'm really disappointed with the aesthetician doctors here, I don't find anyone I can trust. It feels like they're never worthy of trust and just want to make profits from you. Depends on your age... as a late 40-something myself, I'm for a FL, injectables can end up costing the same over the years, at least with a FL you can get a lot fixed at once.. after that then its just about botox and skin texture improving modalities.... I did think sculptra at one point, but once perimeno hits, you realise nothing but surgery will fix what has fallen. So I've chosen a under structure FL, happening in a month, I can't wait.

Just came to say NO it does not replace a face lift. Also sculptra produce different type of collagen than normal supple collage is. More like close to scar tissue ( which is collagen) . This may make a face lift surgery more challenging in the future. Also your description of what a face lift is, was something was last time done in the 70`s. A face lift ( deep plane) goes all the way down to the bone and lifts everything. You can NOT lift dropped muscle, fat, and skin layers with ANY filler. The fat is not "disguising" your aging, is the opposite, is slowing down your aging and the formation of wrinkles, as fat just as muscles are structural support. Losing your face fat from normal weight loss is not going to suddenly "reveal" the aging that occurred but was disguised by fat, the cases in the video are caused by the effect of these drugs, not normal weight loss. Similar results happen to the skin when men use Minoxidil for hair loss, which is a collagen destructor. Having more fat in the face simply makes you look healthier, as that's we associate with health. Someone who has wrinkles and a gaunt look and suddenly gets fat injections/fillers to the face, is not going to look any younger. They will look more attractive and healthier. Aging cannot be reversed by simply attenuating some wrinkles. We associate facial plumpness with youth, but that doesn't mean someone who is old and gets fatter or fat injections is suddenly gonna look younger than before
