In today's video, we are going to learn how long should the no contact last. Tip number one is to wait 3 weeks (or 21 days) because there are a lot of scientific studies that it takes that long to create or adopt a habit. Therefore, you have to wait that amount of time before talking to your ex. On the flip side, there are situations where you have to wait longer than that. But why? No. Wrong. No contact doesn't last forever. People often go in no contact when someone tells them they need space or time to think If you have been with someone for years and they're telling you they need space , give them space. 6 weeks later, they don't need space. They're just gone. You know if you want to be with someone or you don't. Intuitively , and intellectually. You know. You know if there can ever be a future with someone again or if it's over. And if you don't know 6 weeks is more than enough time to think about it At that point they need to come out and tell you they're moving on
