For beginners I recommend you brush for at least an hour Everyday, especially if you’re a course hair waver like me and you should start seeing results in 8 weeks and once you start seeing results you can start brushing 30 minutes a day Everyday and I also recommend you to use curling enhancement shampoo that’ll help out a lot! All it takes is consistency and time💯

I’m 2 1/2 weeks further and I see some progress, there’s obvious still much work to do, but I’m positive that the results will show as long as I work hard for it. Everyday 15 mins morning and 15 min evening, maybe 15 min if I have time or if I want to.

Beginners start off with ripples, about the end of 2-3 months they will see waves. Be very careful on how your brushing your hair, it’s important to know your brushing angles.
