I needed to hear this. Been really unwell for 1.5 years and was diagnosed with SIBO. Still belching and have no appetite with occassional acid reflux HOWEVER the chronic debilitating nausea has gone which is a big win. Been on Low FODMAPs for 4 weeks or so.

Glad to hear you are seeing some relief! Like I mention in the video, feel free to check out the protocol in my book Healthy Gut, Healthy You for the full plan to gut health (drruscio.com/getgutbook) if you find you need additional steps.

Thank you Doctor , I really didn't distinguish between "perfect" and "not working " . Know I'm planning to restart lowFODMAP diet again.

Thank you for this reminder Dr. Ruscio! I been coming to that conclusion that I have been jumping the gun way to early and not being patient with the removal of basically everything with my diet. I'm doing nose to tail carnivore with the addition of your 3 different probiotic blends, plus vitamin D2 and K2, and Magnesium Glycinate. Today my energy and mood was great. I still am not perfect but hey the video says it all. This Solidifies my conclusion. Thanks brother!

That’s exactly the basic mistake I kept making... thank you for the reminder to take things slowly :) Would you like to share what is your take on a hypothesis that we should feed bacteria when we’re on an anti-microbial protocole? Do they really go into a “hide” mode when we’re on the Low FODMAP diet while we attack them? :) Also, on a similar note, would someone who’s already diagnosed with SIBO go through the first stage of the healing protocole outlined in your (fantastic!) book or should they right away adopt a diet tailored to treating SIBO? I’m not sure if I understood that part of the book correctly. Anyway, thank you for all the content you’re putting out to the world!

Shouldn't you start with the description of what the hell "Low FODMAP" stands for?
@DrRuscioDC4 жыл бұрын
It is a topic that I have covered before. The low FODMAP diet restricts different forms of carbohydrates. The acronym FODMAP stands for these different carbohydrates (Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides And Polyols).
