As for underclothes, socks, swim wear and work out clothes, those are changed daily, everything else can get worn a couple times, unless it was a sweaty busy day, then those clothes are going into the wash as well.

T-shirts, tank tops and camisoles should be washed after each wearing. Outer clothes like dress shirts and khakis can be worn a few times before washing unless it is hot out and you are sweating or they are visibly dirty or stained. Jeans can typically be worn 3 times before washing.

the only thing missing is to freshen up your work clothes DAILY. 5 minutes in the dryer with some sort of light disinfectant like febreze. You may THINK you are okay with 4 day old work clothes, but that is unnecessary. We live in a civilized world with lots of options. Back in the day, you'sd smell people all the time. Today, we have wayy to many options to let anyone get a 'negative whiff' of us.

As a US MARINE I went 38 days in a desertwith no shower and no change of uniform except for three pairs of socks. I washed out the two pair of socks I wasn't wearing with no soap and minimal water. My platoon could be smelled from a distance.

My aunt and grand parents changed and washed sheets, towels, blankets every day. Change the sheets and pillows everyday and hanged them out to dry. So fresh and clean. Can't stress that enough. We always had extra of them. 😁

You just need some more ;tactics' You may not THINK you smell bad but after a couple of days, you definitely dont smell fresh. The simplest thing is to spray clothing with something like febreze and run it for about 5 minutes in the dryer. No funk, no wrinkles.

If you have one of those t-shirts with a rock band or other logo on it, one trick I've learned to greatly slow down how quickly the design fades and cracks is to turn the shirt inside-out before you wash it.

Just don't wash your jeans every 3 wears like the video suggests, that's ridiculous and it will ruin them. Levi's CEO himself said: "A good pair of denim doesn’t really need to be washed in the washing machine except for very infrequently or rarely."
