@@minivlogbymano9822 pelvic rest is most important i was lying on the bed whole day....no pillows under my head, 2 pillows under my legs (keep your legs on height elevated).... max to max rest....wakeup only for having food and going for the washroom...no where else bathing also day by day to avoid bending....

Hi dear, I am sure your Dr has asked you to do complete bed rest to stop the bleeding for now. In 80-90% of the cases the placenta moves up by week 30. However, it is best to be really cautious till that time and not do any movements that put pressure on abdomen or pelvic floor muscles.

I'm telling this by my experience. my NT scan -- low lying placenta. i have abdominal pain and constipation changes i have done drink 4 liters of fluids per day ( water+buttermilk+ coconut water+juices) any two fruits a day and two cups of vegetables ( boiled or salad) this will definitely cure constipation and relieve pain Now I'm 4th month pregnant
