I believe that its youtube channel showing how these cosmetics are made, especially with actual people, happy people (as far as im aware lol) also increases brand awareness and reputation. I love their youtube channel. The founder seems like such a nice and kind fellow.

I love LUSH, I worked for them for 2 years in the US and they walk the walk. Their products works really well too, not just the fun ones like bath bombs but hair and ranges are also more effective than any others I've tried.

You need to add stores to the Outlets. Tannersville PA......for example or Hershey PA. Not just the Malls. I think you would be HUGE in the USA at the Outlets. I am a nobody...Just stating my opinion as a consumer...I love LUSH. At these outlets....they bus in loads of people from NYC. You dont have to do discount prices.....People come to the outlets for an experience. I think you would be a hit here.

I hope at least they cover their head as well for hygiene reasons whilst making the products.And I don't like whenever I enter the shop, they start talking to me a lot about their recommendations without me having my own time exploring what I want. Just leave the customers to explore 3minutes after entering the shop, so you can earn more. 😂

Everything was going good untill I read the ingredients and saw SLS, SLES ;irritation, bindness, severe rash, fragance; how do I know if its natural, organic, syntheitic, etc, Lanolin/Wool Fat/Wool Wax; is a byproduct of the wool industry, the wool industry is a cruel place that don't care about the animal they just want as much as wool as they can get, the workers get pay by how much product they can get meaning that they have to be fast, most animals get pricked, holes on their ears, and their tails cut off screw the painkillers we need more wool, its so not cruelty free, why lanonil when you can use a plant base product that can do the same thing wihout the cruelty . Its like you do something good like helping the environment, fighting for animals right, fair wage and stand by social impact that help us be better and than I see this and think how much of this its actually true. Had high expectations for LUSH such a big let down.
@warriornix4364
@warriornix4364 Жыл бұрын
Actually, lush listened. Lush cosmetics as of January 2023 no longer use lanolin on any of their products. Lush also has both SLS and SLES FREE products. You just have to ask or look it up online. Lush derives their safe surfactants from coconut and other oils to AVOID the use of palm oil which damages the environment. - palm oil is used by most companies to create SLS/SLES. According to dermatologists (watch df dray on KZbin if you wish) they explain surfactants are ok depending on it's purpose/need/how it is used..etc.. it's been proven to be safe albeit quite drying and some people's hard doesn't take to it. To conclude, lush no longer uses animal byproducts other than honey. Honey is sourced because using purely maple syrup, agave, vanilla, glycerin or date syrup... Basically using 1 or more humectant ingredient than others will cause a tip in the balance and harm another living creature or persons environment. It's about balance and moderation for lush. They try their best to make options for everyone which is great. Still think their facial cleansers, toners and moisturizers can be better but not my company so not my circus.

@@warriornix4364 Thats a good. I do have to commend them on the fact that they're trying to both make their products better and help the environment. I'm hesitant in trying their products because my reaction was no joke, I really wish to be able to buy from them bc I like that they're trying but I don't want to risk my skin for it, but yeah agree with you not my company not my company lolz
