I use the products since one year, never encountered anything better! I work in luxury cosmetics retail and no Big Brand Name compares to these gorgeous products. Unfortunately the ordering process from Europe is such a nightmare. I hope Mrs. Kulkarni reads this comment, I can`t believe I am the only one with these problems. If you want more customers from Europe you need to fix this, Madam!
