Wow..."lift as you climb" is the biggest takeaway for me besides so many other golden nuggets ... i really sometimes wonder its just a luck that people get such opportunities to become CEO. I listened her completely, nothing is more than most of us don't know about. Confidence comes with a position. I do not think there is any skill other than hard work which makes people CEO. And most of the people do hard work in whatever position they are in. So I feel its entire luck how someone grows that much in profession.
