Hey guys! We're really sorry to be so distant on here. Truth is we've been battling a health issue for the past 5 months. In June we traveled to Maine to do some work and enjoy the summer in The Northeast, but shortly after completing our first gig I (Chase) fell ill with a nasty bout of bronchitis, which due to a bit of bad luck (both for natural reasons, and because our health insurance doesn't cover us outside of our home state of Montana) lingered on and on for most of the summer. It kept me incredibly fatigued, and unable to focus or do much of anything. This of course happened smack dab in the middle of our new series "For Wild's Sake" rollout, which threw a major wrench in our timeline. When we finally made it back to Montana in early fall I was diagnosed with Pneumonia, which slowly started to clear. For a blissful three or so weeks I was basically back to normal; walking/hiking 4-6 miles a day, slowly regaining my stamina and looking forward to the future after an absolutely horrific summer. Unfortunately, 2 weeks ago my symptoms returned. I'm currently on an intense regimen of antibiotics, and we're hopeful to see some improvement, but there's been little sign so far. Its been a long and awful saga, and honestly one of the hardest things has been trying to make peace with the fact that I can't work on the things that I'm most excited about. The good news is, during my three weeks of improvement I managed to get the next TWO episodes done! So you can expect episode three to be coming in hot next sunday morning, Novemember 21st, and episode 4 the following week. These two episodes will have a combined runtime of well over an hour. I had planned on it being one giant episode, but decided to split it up to give me more time to get a start on the next ones. Just bare with us, since my health is making it almost impossible to predict our level of productivity. Anyway, we figured we'd wet the appetite a bit in preparation for the series return with this short piece we made in Maine this past June, before my health started to decline. Enjoy!

I can watch your stuff with my grandsons. I found you folks through one of your associates that you do some stuff with but they are evolving into way too much drinking and cussing 2:53 which I really don’t want the kids seeing. I can watch your stuff with the boys and not worry. You guys really do a good job and I love your story telling abilities. By the way, I get the stuff with bronchitis; I went through a similar battle around the same time. I found some stuff that really works well and still use it today. I’m a bit older than you so it really hit me hard. Stay encouraged and God Bless you and Amy.

Love the stuff you guys put out. Inspirational! Makes me want to pickup both the camera and rod. I saw a glimpse or two of what I think was an underwater housing rig for your camera. Hopefully I'll see more surface or underwater footage in the next episodes!

Chase - Get well and I hope you & Aimee have a great Thanksgiving. Love your coverage of Maine Fly Co. I own one of their Little River rods and it is an awesome rod. Jeff and the team are the best.

Was up in the allagash this past summer. Canada boarder opened and the loggers came rolling in. Crazy seeing them rip down those roads with full loads. So epic up there. Need to get back asap!

First, I hope your health improves for the long-term soon. I know how frustrating it can be when you want to work on something, but you just can't due to health limitations. It's safe to say there are several of us rooting for you, take your time to get healthy and the edits will come with time. Second, this is another great one! As a creator, I absolutely love watching your videos for editing ideas and storytelling. Top-notch work as always!

As a fly fisher for more than 30 plus years in the North Woods of Maine. I chase peice and serenity. And with social media and how so called influencer name drop. Spot burn. it's getting harder and harder to find a spot to get away from it all.
