Could not agree more. For my 1 trip, duplicate payment has been processed and now I am just not able to contact their customer service team. But if you want to book a new booking then you can quickly connect to the representative. Disgusting 🥺. Will never book from MMT ever again

It happened to me as well. I paid the money to mmt. On the day before travel, they called me and told me that airline did not confirm my ticket. And told me to book a ticket and will refund the money, which never happened.

In my case, makemytrip agent canceled our return trip from leh and started blaming AirIndia. Customer care at airindia gave us IATA code and the time at which the agent canceled our ticket. We called makemytrip agent on other phone and made her interact with customer care of AirIndia and then she wrote email to her superiors and agreed that it was agent who cancelled with no reason .even after admitting this mischief, their superiors calls us trying to convince that it was airline fault. We stuck on our ground as we had recorded all the calls.

I also got into same problem but immediately got refunded because I booked from IRCTC Air. Although it came late but eventually it came. I didn't had to continuously call them, they told me that it will take time to be refunded (around one month). IRCTC wale dheele hain par imandar hain..............................LOL..

Hi there, A similar issue I have come across with MMT. The case was a hotel. Just before reaching the hotel which was booked through MMT The hotel called me in & cancelled my booking, they pretended some water leakage in pipes.the reality was the peak season due to Christmas . when MMT was asked to provide the alternate , after 4 hours they gave me a far located and the room was with sheer poor quality comparitive to what it was shown in the pictures on MMT. By the time I was standing on the road with my family, my kid who is just 3 year Sir I refused to accept that .MMT said 'the amount would not be refundable now. They are the cheaters , thieves , looters and frauds. Do not ever do booking through them ever.

Bhaiya koi bhi non refundable flight ke paise dene se deny kar nai kar sakta agar customer ne cancel nai kiya hai toh agar airline ne cancel ki hai toh customer ki kya galti hai. Got my refund today 12th aug. when i called emirates yesterday they said it’ll take 15-25 working days for them refund the money to MMT.
