As someone who is on the last book of TOG, it's a roller coaster ride and it's makes the first book look like a walk in the park 😂 it's definitely a different vibes from ACOTAR as this goes deep into fantasy lore and politics with some subplots of romance in there but definitely not the focus

10:42 if you like spice and a good storyline, both of us (two people own this account lol) definitely recommend the my vampire series by Jenna Levine. We both love the books, and if you like a spicy little cute story the books are incredible, the first one is I believe a forced proximity romance and the second is fake dating. I’m not sure about the third or forth since they aren’t out yet, but it is confirmed there will be four books!

You should have started with assassins blade girl. Sarah j Maas put it first on her website for the reading order bc it helps the series line up and understand Celaena, makes so much more sense after reading assassins blade everything in tog & crown of midnight

Either way though it’s an amazing series you’ll just have to use a little more brain power😂 once you read assassins blade you’ll be like ohhh I see why everyone said to read this one first bc it’s like a bunch of novellas that are prequels to get to know the characters , still excited to see you read on! You’re gonna fall in love with this series

A series that I think you should read is The Naturals series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes!! I got the first one on saturday and I am already 70%!!! its so so so good! Its like Criminal Minds but with highschoolers

Since you loved the cruel prince series you should read the duology spin-off series about Oak. It’s so good if not even better than the cruel price series in my opinion.

Pausing to comment: I belong to the minority who didn't like Beach read AS MUCH as I liked People we meet on vacations and Booklovers. I loved Gus, but overall I think the book was too focused on Gus's cult book, and I really didn't like that, so it made me not love it as much. I am currently in the middle of Happy place, and I think get why you love it so much. ❤
