@@animelogic8721 it is really arched but it's a powerlifting technique that stretches the spine and in basic terms means you don't have to lift the weights as far and you get more power in your lift... But you have to know you contact points for shoulders glutes feet etc so you don't get hurt 😊 but it looks so wrong haha *Edit her form is not wrong just arching that much feels like it should be wrong lol
