Another great repair done Deo, well done! In the absence of the right adaptor for pressure testing the cooling system, is it not possible to smoke test the cooling system for leak detection? And please bro, try and wear some ear plugs in the work shop since you do make use of both the air and electric guns a lot. You need to enjoy the fruits of your hard labour in good health at old age. Love you a bundle bro!

I enjoyed the format of this video. And having a dedicated cameraman adds a distinctive difference than what many youtubers do. I do have a question in what caused 2 coolant hoses to fail? Seems unlikely for it to happen naturally.
@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_RepairАй бұрын
@hammetttech8794 Thanks, I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the video, over time these hoses crack and break, so I believe the hose gave up due to the heat in the engine compartment, the plastic quick disconnect broke
@Dytopjewa7631Ай бұрын
My theory is the hoses were already brittle and fragile ,and were bumped by someone ..

That a common mistake some shops and people who served their owne vehicle mad, changing brake pads only without checking the rotor just by sensing the rotor surface with hands fingers, and they start having brake problems immediately ( brake performance decrease), specially with ceramic brake pads, because sumi metallic brake pads may still work fine with rotor with minimal damage after few miles of driving, and when they figure out the problem, it is too late because they need to change rotor and brake pads again, because new installed brake already damaged by damaged rotor, it happen to me on 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

That is ridiculous that the dealer cannot sell you just the replacement for damaged rubber end of the second hose and you have to buy the complete hose including the metal section which was not bad at all.
