Such incompetence leading our military must be music to the ears of those we have apparent intentions of going to war against. They have plenty of manpower watching and taking note of who is who, and where they are used. No such idiocy of DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) nor incompetance occurs in the Russian or Chinese militaries; they toss such individuals in prison or simply neutralize them for benefit of all. These nations understand that DEI leads to lowering of skill sets, qualifications and expectations; this gets people killed in the real world. I would not want to be in service with such individuals theoretically in command.
