How many red flags are too many to ignore when you’re dating, you have serious doubts about your compatibility and if you should have a future together.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss two different emails from two different viewers. The first email is from a guy who met a girl he really liked a few months ago. They really clicked right off the bat and things seemed easy and effortless for about the first month of dating. Then her ex-boyfriend came back in the picture and she has been flakey and inconsistent ever since. The second email is a success story from a guy who got jacked around, manipulated and dumped by his ex-girlfriend. Then he found my work and got a girlfriend upgrade when he met a much better quality woman. Now his ex has recently gotten in touch and it feels like the tables have turned in his favor.
“Just because people can be in your life doesn’t mean they should be. In order to reach your full potential, your inner circle should be filled with people who share similar goals and values and who genuinely want to see you do well. People who take you for granted, who flake out for BS reasons and who operate with a general lack of integrity are going to create unnecessary obstacles to your success and inner peace. Not everyone deserves the gift of your time. Don’t be afraid to cut people off who abuse and misuse your trust.” ~ Coach Corey Wayne

This was my problem. She was so beautiful, and absolutely spoiled me with sex. I was too caught up in how she made me feel, and didn’t objectively look at the bigger picture - I am driven, she was not. It caused a lot of resentment, and eventually things fizzled out. I had a lot of fun, but it wasn’t worth the unnecessary stress.

Yeah hahaha, my ex came over and we had sex. Found out about another guy in the picture. She *TOLD* me that she wants to work things out, and when she went home, even promised to call and didn’t. Last message I got from her was “I CHOOSE ____” - being the other guy. I’m not bothered really, though I was initially. He’s clearly a simp and pushover, which is probably what she wants anyways. I married a girl after one year of meeting her who kind of wanted to hurry into marriage. Foolishly, I thought it was love. Needless to say, she was mean when she didn't get her way and totally dismissed that i was a whole person with needs too. Her behavior was controlling and emotionally unstable. She would devalue me, threaten me, then came back. After that last time, she discarded me then tried to cone back two days later. I was so exhausted and no longer trusted her, I finally decided enough!

This is brilliant advice and hit home. I briefly dated a divorced woman in her early 40s with kids and the more time we spent together, the more red flags were beginning to surface...i.e. party girl, recovering alcoholic, debt, not having a good relationship with her mom and dad. Though she was attractive and pleasant company and forthcoming about her status, her insecurities were apparent and it seemed like she was more of an opportunist looking for someone to "save" her from her past miscues and she constantly needed male attention and validation. There was a lot of stuff going on there and sometimes I felt like there was something missing from her story. The mark of a broken damaged(at least partially) "leftover" type of woman. In other words, I believe I avoided a potential train wreck of a woman. What is shared in this video is gold and everything makes more sense now with clarity. Thanks!

I broke up with my guy BECAUSE he started acting like a Negative Norm. Understandably, life is challenging now. However, after asking him about his mindset several times and him denying the Eeyore vibes he began giving off... I backed off to allow him to deal with it. Three months later.... I didn’t see any progress. When I spoke with him to break up, he said all that you would imagine but I could not see it getting better. I was a complete partner in every possible way , I never said no to sex, paid my way every time and came from a place of happiness and generosity. I have my own passions, I am a dedicated athlete and did not require him to provide my sense of happiness. Unfortunately, I realize that when I started getting small panic attacks seeing his messages come through that something wasn’t right. I was losing my sense of inner peace by hanging on and hoping that he would go back to the guy he was the first two years we dated.

Coach Wayne, you saint fuck, you; how I love you. I was posting pictures of quotes from USSR leaders to try and dissuade individuals from socialism, and lo and behold, the picture was marked with your logo and name at the bottom. I have been watching you for years. Behind the curtains you are putting in work to spread information about how socialism is knocking at our door. When I first started watching you, I was a boy. But, now, I feel as though I have grown through the years and have come to respect you as a fellow man - a man who realizes how serious this trouble is. Respect.

Master Wayne, if I may add to what you said at the end of the video, because my ex met almost all of the criteria you mention, if I may add: You also want a woman who has not been corrupted by bad parenting! She could have a good relationship with her mom and dad, but, see how the mother treats the father. If the mother treats the father like an absolute beta male, then chances are your girl will grow up thinking that is the way relationships should be and she will subconsciously mirror the behavior of the mother, towards you! Been there, it happened to me. So, yes to all the things the Coach has said AND, once you get to the point that you meet the parents, examine THEIR relationship as well. If their relationship is healthy, the father is masculine, and the mother if feminine, then boom you have a winner. Bad parenting messes up the way your girl perceives the world. My girl's parents had a relationship where the father was a Beta and would cave in to anything that the mother wanted, and my girl wanted that, AND to top that off, my girl's mom would always spoil her and baby her! THESE were the things that were causing me long term pain! Keep an eye out for these my men!

She was nice to me! Words to live by. Late wife was always nice, loved me and was my biggest cheerleader. Was not the coolest girl in the world, not the hottest but was nice! I remember being younger and I had a very, very hot girlfriend in college. I dumped her for what my friends call the "witch chick." This was the 90's so she was very grunge. Never regretted my decision, for witch chick was weird but nice! Hot chick knew she was hot and tortured me with it. Many years later when I was ready to settle down, my one deal breaker was that she had to be nice. Had to date a lot of girls to find her but I did at 30.

Hi Corey, you mentioned the importance of asking the girl about her relationship with her dad (and mother, too) and how that’s an indicator of how she will be. I think this is a generalization that is not necessarily true. I’ve read your book and followed you, so I know you did not have a healthy household growing up. What if people wanted to make that judgement about you, when it’s clear to me that you were able to overcome and redefine yourself to become who you are today? Do you always give everyone the benefit of the doubt or do you simply move on based on your experience of how things will most likely play out?

Alex i think thats a fair point, but Corey is a coach who had spent half his life overcoming his issues. Not many people would work on themselves as much as Corey did, so the chance is low that they turn out to be high quality.

I think he wouldn't mind if you misjudged him, because it would have been one mistake against dozens of weeded out low-quality people. Also bear in mind that none of us knows Corey in his personal life. There's a chance some of the stuff he'd been struggling with growing up is still there. Nobody's perfect.

4 years ago I started to get a lot of attention of the ladies. There were 2 girls with really high attraction for me and vice versa. Both extremely hot. I had more time with one girl and soon we became boyfriend & girlfriend. The other backed off. This relationship didn't last too long, different goals and values. The other girl also got into a relationship. Skip forward to couple weeks ago, the other girl 'broke up' with her boyfriend who cheated on her. It didn't take long for her to come over and have drinks at my place, even though I haven't talked to her in 4 years. Turns out she was still keeping the boyfriend in the background. They were together for 3 years, so fair enough. But I'm not into that, so we went our own ways once again. Only a matter of time for history to repeat itself, haha. I found it fascinating that this girl reached out even after 4 years of no contact and wanted to share this with you guys. All the best!

Ok Corey you the shit brought your book through Google Play. Had it for probably over a year and never really read it until recently like I have listen to your book on audio like 6 times. I started doing a lot of your techniques in your book. Women being like cats help me out a lot. In my relationship my girl started text me less and less. I backed off for a couple of days I told her we drifting apart she didn't change. Couple days go by I haven't talk to her. Today I Threatened to dump her because there is no need in being in a relationship we don't communicate when something is wrong. I didn't talk to her all day she BLOW UP my phone and email. She mad at me she because I wouldn't respond now she is all over me again. Part of email from her! "Well I don’t know maybe it’s the distance or maybe it cause I was having period mood swags, just got off my periods yesterday afternoon. I don’t know hey but one thing I know for sure is I LOVE YOU and I want this to work." BUY HIS FUCKING BOOK!

Just an opinion: 1. Some red flags aren't people's fault. But they're still red flags. Is the person trying to do something about them? 2. How many red flags do YOU have? We all have them. 3. Sometimes, one person's red flags are ok with one person and not another.

Hey Corey! Do you have a list of all the videos on your KZbin Channel referenced in your book? I have my own list from the ones I remember hearing and goes through them each 1 by 1 as I read the book, I'm currently on my 10th read, but I swear there's always 1 video I find each time I go through it that I just haven't written down in my own list before, so I wanted to know if you had a list of you own or if they are the "essential fundamentals" playlist on your KZbin channel, would love to know. - Bob
