My rotor fell off after the watch receiving a bit of a shocking blow the other day, but winding it will hopefully make it last throughout a full day. I've heard that fixing that is expensive.

generally, avoid winding automatic watches. just shake it a few times before you wear and you are good to go

I have recently learnt that with an automatic watch, using the winder is not a good idea. This is the weak point of the mechanism and it is better to gently shake the watch, or give a few winds to start it, then wear it to allow the rotor to naturally keep the watch wound. Avoid hand winding as much as possible.

I have a Orient Bambino open heart, and to wind it full i have to rotate the crown like almost 200 times🙃🙃🙃, i don’t know if something si worng with mi watch, but the wind works well, it’s just to much turns to full wind 😮😮😮
