It's free on steam, a few bucks on the phone. What I recommend is spending the few bucks for the phone version because you get unlimited tokens used for dice, troops, maps, etc. and then link your phone account to your steam so it's connected and you have the unlimited tokens while paying for much less than what it would cost on steam.

Yellow went into pete and left eastern europe for black to break. When black didn't, Yellow had to have said something along the lines of "so that's how it is huh." I'll often fist bump like crazy in this situation during black's turn because subtlety is not rewarded in this game but really black had to have known that their only hope was to 2 v 1. So respect to yellow who was playing to win.

In amongst all the good play by Pete and yellow I feel red has been overlooked. Capped in a corner and randomly put troops in pinks bonus. What on earth was he up to? 😂

I don't think it was random. When I saw that, I thought that he might have capped on the other side of the blizzard and that he was preparing to take the bonus. But I don't understand why he didn't move south on the second turn, with the 6 troops in Portugal.

⁠​​⁠​⁠he probably had garbage cap choices going last. have to pick at least a 2 for cap choice maybe a 3 depending on surrounding player territory # and turn order. going for the split bonus wasn’t going to last but he was probably hoping for 1 more turn to build up and have enough left after hitting the pete 2.

@@raymondhuffman6258 Yeah, the last position can be tough if you don't have an obvious cap choice. I still don't think I would have tried to take a split bonus the way he went about it. I don't think it was ever going to work.

I think it is just harder to take and hold in the early game. Pete seems to like taking a turn 1 +4 in order to get that early boost and expand from there.
