God viola REALLY is undercooked, bayonta has like 5 diffrent ways to approach the fight with cheese meanwhile viola has one ok move and luck

Yeah even in the speedrun they rely on the Viola exploit the whole time. If that glitch didn't exist it would take so much longer to kill anything

On 6:20 for infinite witch time you can hild the punch button with abracadra to regenerate magic and then keep looping the tower's witch time, so that you don't need Rodin's weapon

What are your full thoughts on this game? It's my favorite (above the other 2 games) because of all the cool shit you can do with the demons and just how many weapons and demons there are, caveat being it's hella messy and not all that balanced. You've expressed disappointment and seem to know a lot so I'd like to hear your thoughts, and how the game could've been better (in terms of gameplay rather than story because... yeah).

I have seen other people enjoy 3's combat more than in the other games so I can see where you're coming from. However despite all the cool new techniques this will always remain the weaker game, a step back from Bayo 2. Primary reasons are the excessive amount of non-hack-n-slash sections, demon slaves dominating regular weapons, story chapters being hard locked to specific characters, enemies being uninspired and most of the time bigger than the screen, the few interesting bosses of the game going down too quickly, the hardest difficulty being mostly everything does half of your health, Jeanne being a handicap instead of a trade off, only one save slot for the entire game, no funny Rodin quotes when entering the shop, the shop itself barely being relevant anymore, the complete removal of any form of multiplayer, inconsistent framerate and the list goes on.

im unsure if this works on rodin but for strider you can spam shoot with viola's faerie mode to stun lock him

While training for the Baal method with Jeanne (for the extra WT damage), Rodin got completely stuck in a jumping animation. Just endlessly falling to the ground while he was already on the ground. I might have recorded a video of it happening. Anyone familiar with that glitch?

Alright I don't know if it's been patched but I swear the Umbran Armor's bullets don't do as much damage.

This was recorded on the latest version of the game (1.2.0), although keep in mind that Hymn of Durga is equipped here which increases demon slave (and umbran armor) damage by 40%.
