However, the government must release the DSIP and PSIP funds for the Opposition leaders coz they have their electorates and people to cater for under these funds. I did hear one of the opposition member, (I think the opposition leader or the Alternate Prime Minister) commented in the initial stages that, when they get into the government they will ensure that the DSIP and PSIP monies be equally distributed to both the members in the government or opposition. I applauded that STATEMENT but .... its not to be. I agree with your comment urging the government to pay up the DSIP and PSIP monies owing to the Opposition members.
