TexasBrown713 Aztecs territory was Central to Northern Mexico, Mayans was near Yucatan Peninsula, a.k.a southern Mexico. And there were other tribes too but those two are the ones you hear most about

smokedoubt honestly it felt like they changed his story every few seasons like one time they said he did this then 2 seasons later it was "no Jax THIS is what really happened" and that happened like 2-3x (I watched the whole series at once so I cant pinpoint the times but I remember a few contradictions) So it wouldve been nice to see something set in stone

Jax's Dad, as in John Teller & a First 9 prequel series? i kind of feel like there is still some field that can be plowed with him. sure we know the legends that were passed down by Piney and Clay & Gemma, but we never quite heard JT's complete, unadulterated story. we only got that through Jax reading his father's manuscript. JT (& his journal) was one of the most interesting characters in SOA and he pre-dated the plot by 20yrs. IMO

Kurt Sutter said he wants 2 more chapters in that world. A prequel and a sequel. The First 9 is about John Teller & Piney Winston coming back from Vietnam and creating SAMCRO. And the sequel would be about Abel & Thomas. Abel's gonna be either a prospect or a full patched member of SAMCRO.

A lot of the actors have lived the life and have been in prison. As Kurt sutter said... Mayan actors are real life criminals now being actors, where as in SOA they were actors pretending to be criminals. That alone with bring a sense of grit and realness to the roles. This show will hold its own and can not compare itself to SOA despite the parallels.

It's Kurt Sutter. He's a genius. But he brought in Mexican directors and writers to make it more authentic. It should be badass, just a different style, different cultures and perspectives.
