ISXJs are so damn true with their relationships, especially the stereotypical and highly task-oriented ISTJs show that they actually care a lot. I have to admit that I absolutely like that. I saw an ENTJ friend after his break up. Already told the story on another video how I brought him back up his feet after he was trapped in an almost endless loop of inferior Fi-Grip-Stress while going through a break up, too. I have to admit, I don't have an ESFP friend, so I can't talk about them, but the others are spot on from my point of view. Especially the INTJ... when they commit to someone... their emotional connection is very strong and they would do anything to keep this up when they aren't the ones breaking up with someone. The ESTP reminds me of the Bloody Baron in The Witcher 3, who desperately tries to get back his beloved Anna and his daughter, even after everything that happened. The ENTP... well... Firsthand experience... After my ex-boyfriend broke up with me and we remained best friends, he later (after 6 month) stated that he still has strong feelings for me (and I told him that I still have very strong feelings for him, too) and that he wished that I moved back to my hometown, so we can get back together someday... We broke up due to this being a far distance relationship... that was the only reason. He tried to convince me that his feelings just vanished, but in the end he lied obviously and I actually could feel it that we would be in the position in which we are now someday. Hope this will be a happy ending... since this is the best and coolest guy I've ever met in my life. ~ ENFP

I'm going to tell y'all Thinking Types straight up that y'all are relatively lucky. To us Feeler types. Breakups are detrimental to our physical health. To be honest, we can't really handle losing the ones we truly love. We Feeler Types can't really "Get over it". Even if us NFJs Doorslam, there is still residual pain. Please treat your lovers right? Never abuse them, because you'll never know when you'll lose them. ~ENFJ

While I certainly agree that thinkers may have some advantage, do understand that we're all subject to the human experience. Take it from an INTJ in the middle of a divorce; though I can rationalize my situation over and over in my head, nothing can absolve me from the pain of letting go of something I once loved. However I definitely second your parting message! To any that should read this, stay safe, love yourself and take the time to appreciate all those that have gotten you this far and are still by your side. Merry Christmas!

I don’t agree all thinkers are “lucky”… it’s a common misconception of women or “feelers” think that men or “thinkers” can emotionally move on easier. Thinkers are more likely to deal with emotions unhealthily. If not dealt properly thinkers may completely avoid making emotional connection. I think cultural and societal norms affects more on thinkers. I think feelers should not shut off thinkers as heartless, it will make us more heartless because it becomes an expectation. Also I think it’s more like Feeler/ Thinker doms vs Sensor/Intuition doms thing since I think it’s more how a person balances their reason and emotion. Thinkers and Feeler doms can run off in their dominant function’s direction full power, like Fi/Ti doms can drown into their own world without anyone from the outside world noticing their pain or Te/Fe doms trying to involve everyone into their thinking/feeling explosion. While Sensors and Intuition doms have balanced feeling & thinking functions I think they have the best survival tactics to break ups, especially if they have lots of distractions.

i know how you feel, i rectly went through it, be patient, you will feel good, dont beat up yourself too much and pls for the love of god dont stay friends with them, it hurts a lot and really a lot, try not to overthink and come on terms with the notion that "it is over" for better or for worse it is, and you need to move on. if you are gonna overthink, try to keep it at a minimum :3
@Veltior2 жыл бұрын
@@Aeeloran aye thanks. we are not in contact anymore since the breakup. however it's painful not knowing how she's doing and whether she's fine. Nothing toxic happened between us, except daily life hardships, because we were living together and it wasn't working out for me at all, while she was clinging on to it. i know i have to move on, and I'm slowly doing so. however it's quite hard, because opening up my feelings and not shutting them down has always been a problem for me. And this whole thing defintely shut them down, hence why I can't progress as fast as I'd like to. Imo one of the biggest FE disadvantages is that you have to get your feelings out somehow in order to sort them out. In contrast to FI.
