Also bought mint service on the Black Friday sale, great deal. 3 months, 5gb, 20bucks. Haven’t had any problems ,other than trying to get mms but I was also using 3rd party message app so that could be a factor. Again no problems nor hiccups. Buying from now on.

NOT UNLIMITED VOICE!! - I have had Mint Mobile for 6 months. This month (Day 25) my service stopped. I called support who told me they stopped my service due to high number of minutes used. They could not tell me how many minutes is "too high". They just told me to wait for 5 days until the new month had started. They said it was in the fine print. Most users will never run into this. I use about 6 hours a day on my phone. It sure would have been nice they mentioned that when I signed up.

I was always told any publicity is good publicity and that is definitely what Mint Mobile was going for with that commercial. I have had a fantastic experience with Mint. It not only saves me money, but it actually is a lot better than my previous carrier Sprint. Sprint didn’t even offer VOLTE! Mint Mobile will hopefully stick around, cause I love their service!

My sim card is coming in the mail today! Really excited to make the switch. I was using Xfinity mobile and it was pretty affordable with unlimited talk and text and data at $12 per GB. I'd use about 3 gb of data and spend about $40 a month after tax. I thought that was a great deal, but mint will give me 5 more gb of data for even cheaper! I hope it works out!

I had a great experience with Mint Mobile this week. We transferred our legacy land line (LLL) to Mint Mobile. It was seamless. First I ordered a sim card from Mint Mobile. Price was $20 for 3 months use with 8Gig of data per month. When I got the sim card I put it into the phone (Nexus 6) and went on line to MintMobile.com/activate. 6 hours later, our LLL was on the Nexus 6 and we could not be more pleased.

Hi, I was wondering about this service. I got a flyer in the mail and it looks pretty good. I have MetroPCS right now and my concern is with MetroPCS they help with Robo calls and they have visual voicemail which is very important because my Iphone sometimes doesn’t let me know there has been a phone call but I will get a text that a voicemail has been left. Does Mint Mobile have anything like this? Thank you.

Ive used it for about a year and I saved 800 dollars per year. One thing though is that every year I use more data when Im not at home and I think when I buy my next phone in 2020 both my wife and I will most likely use up 12gb per month. In that case Id jump to metro pcs. I can predownload many things before heading out of the house but sometimes you just want surf the net and see what else you can watch/listen too. I wonder what mint mobile will do when 5g hits and data caps are hit on the daily.

Yeah idk. I signed up with the 12 month plan and I've been using them for like 6 months now. At least for me, I always have shit speeds, like 3g speeds when I'm supposed to get 4g lte. It's even worse in metro areas. I went to LA and it felt like my data was going at like 2g speeds. For a month or two my bar straight up said 3g and never switched to 4g lte. I had to call them and the customer service was alright but I ended up fixing it myself.

Mint mobile doesn’t have ANY roaming agreement. I was on mint mobile and went on a cross country road trip and in many areas T-Mobile post paid plans had roaming service I did not have any service at all. I wasn’t even able to make a call or send a text. I think that not having to pay other carriers for roaming agreements also contribute to the low cost of their service.

Since my sprint lease was up me and my wife started looking into cheaper alternatives. We went with MINT. We bought Pixel 4's for $395 each in new condition on Ebay, then bought MINT's 12GB plan for 1 full year each. So far we have invested $1400 into it. That may be a lot to some people but we were paying $250 A MONTH with sprint for phones we would never even own. That is $3000 PER YEAR. Now we own our phones and only spend $600 a year for both MINT plans which is saving us $2400 a year. That is actually right on par with what MINT estimated we would save using there calculator online. And the best part i just pulled 129MB download speed test in my back yard.

On caller's phone, it stays silent (no connecting tone) for a few seconds then it gets into voice mail. On the mint mobile phone, it does not ring at all and there's no missed call either. Not sure if I want to start paying after 3 month free trial is over.

I'm a Mint Mobile customer and a former T-mobile customer. I get unlimited call and text PLUS far more data for less than 1/3 of what I was paying before (and that was T-Mobile's cheapest old plan) Mint saves money as a business because their customers rarely/never need to call customer service or go into a store. The only confusing part is Mint's pricing ...It's so cheap nobody believes that it's real. There isn't "a catch".

I'm currently using Simple Mobile ($25 ult. talk/text 3Gb data). Both MVNOs run on the T-Mobile network. Is there any point to consider switching to Mint? Thanks.

Thank you for your video. Searching the web about Mint Mobile, I saw in the comment section about a guy saying that "Mint Mobile does NOT support short code messages used for 2-factor verification with banks etc." Can you comment on this? I rely heavily on MFA using my mobile phone, be it text or using an Authenticator App. Using it with my Bank apps, Gmail, corporate email, social media etc etc

I use Mint for all my MFA codes and it works fine for me. No issues. Using Mint with an iPhone XS.

I want to switch to Mint but I'm worried. I often have to go to the Metro PCs store for help with my settings and stuff I don't understand when my phone's not working right. The employees always fix it in 30 seconds for free. That's my only concern.

Do yourself a favor and stay with MetroPCS as there are many catches to this company. I mentioned them in great detail today and I cannot go through it again however they do not have unlimited data number one you must pay 3 months in advance after that it goes up to their regular price unless you want to pay 12 months in advance and like you were saying if you need somebody to help you out with your phone there's nobody going to help you with mint mobile because they don't have any stores

If T-Mobile ever improves its coverage gaps in my area, I'll get a beater phone and pay for Mint 3 months at a time on my business line. I was with them before and it's definitely worth it if you have decent/good T-MOBILE coverage in your area.

I switched to Mint because of one of your videos. I was a Ruby9 customer. And like Titanic expectations left many of us ... can I just say disappointed, floundering to keep our numbers. Super skeptical after this I did not expect mint to actually be as good as you said. I was afraid the number port was going to be hopeless. But it was way too easy and cost me nothing extra. I got my sim today ( a day early) and was switch over and activated in minutes. I want to add that T-Mobile as a company is out standing in just too many ways and they really went the extra mile for us Ruby9 victims. And I love that Mint is a T-mobile... is the term partner, affiliate... not sure.

Been using them for a year now and I'm not going back to any carrier as long as they are around! 300+ dollars for their 12 month 12gb plan is a wise financial decision, at least for me.

What about unlimited data? I do a lot of KZbin outside the home, and how reliable is it for traveling to the country?
@AnarickTheDevil
@AnarickTheDevil 4 жыл бұрын
They don't do unlimited. If you select unlimited on there site it pops up with "what are you doing with all that data? the average person only uses 5gb of data a month" Witch I don't buy at all I see people everywhere on their phones watching videos or doing other online activity's all the time so you cant tell me they are only using 5gb of data a month.
