I don't care, I'd eat the same, but Vogue intentionally does this in every single video with a female model. NO model would ever eat this before runway. It's deceiving. These girls starve themselves to maintain their physique, the majority of them have ED's but hey let's plop them in a fast food place to show the little girls that they're just naturally skinny. It's all a lie. Young girls see this and think this figure is attainable through normal diet and then hate themselves because they can't achieve it.
