I wonder what'll be their salary in 10 years . I saw people who earned 10k per month now getting 1 cpa in 10-15 years of experience. But what's the case of these people earning 50lpa from starting itself, If they're are good at their work and switch jobs every years ( i mean the best case ) !? And i think as a fresher it is pretty much good. in 2-3 year after job switch maybe I received up to 50-80k still it is a low paying job at start but after a certain experience u can get a high package. In India every role has low paying package than foreign countries. And the person in video receiving so much money. In india Even a person with 10+ years experience can't get this much salary.

Good luck with the journey! But let's not forget about the pressure of the job tight deadlines, and spending countless hours solving complex UX flows that never existed. Even when you're heading to sleep, your brain just won't stop thinking about it. Quick reality check: the idea of 'complete creative freedom' is a myth. That rarely happens when it comes to pro career field. More often, you'll be dealing with frustrated developers asking for a basic low-quality content that the client must love and they can easily deal with, and let’s not forget the client requirements, know them well before you enter that 'creative flow!!' because there's a good chance 70% of your work will end up on the cutting room floor. And meetings? better not mention cuz they often turn into anecdotes after the crap you hear. Bottom line: This job is waaaay better if you're hypothetically the client hiring yourself and doing it just for fun. Anyways, learn to appreciate the satisfaction of creating impactful designs GL everyone!
