Thanks Mate, the sad truth is that no one has a clue, we all react to what happens as it happens and try to analyse it but can’t predict an iota of what is going to unfold in the markets… content creators are like amplifiers, when times are good they affirm it and try to tell you why it’s good and that it’s looking bullish but then all of a sudden the market turns bearish and everyone affirms it again and try to analyse why… it’s so sad that many are so powerless and it's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 19Bitcoin in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Aldona Sabaniene, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape..

I had a similar story, found btc in June 2017, over the summer went down the rabbit hole then shocked eveything I had into the peak. 2018 was a very mentally challenging year but stuck with it, adjusted and kept buying. Life is good now

At 72yo I’m much more confident in self custody of my Bitcoin than the lying, thieving maneuvering of fiat with banks. And let’s not even go there with pension schemes- govt and otherwise. They can be stopped at the drop of a hat- cos they are broke. Expats live in fear that the country where their pension was earned will require them to be resident in order to receive it. Even though many cannot afford to live in their home country which is why they left in the first place.🤬 Banks are running scared- recently got a notice from HSBC in Australia- cannot transfer my own money to a crypto exchange. Other banks in other countries will put the squeeze on ramp and off ramp of fiat as we are caught in straddling two systems. I’m v thankful that I discovered Bitcoin when I did- better late than never. 😏 To rely on fiat is a fool’s errand. Watching your retirement debasing year after year- no thanks. I’ll take my chances with Bitcoin.

Mate I did exactly what you did aged 22 end of 2017, for some reason the penny dropped early and went not all in but half my life savings. Had to sell some to fund my masters which looking back was a mistake (however that knowledge helped me to get my current job that I like and pays well) but was fortunate enough to DCA 3 times as much I went all in on. So I count myself lucky but 1) got bitcoin at the price I deserved and 2) not lucky because i had the conviction early on - great to hear what you did. I actually say to people now to buy bitcoin then learn then DCA. Just my 2 cents.

I’m 50 to 150…Kamala wants to tax even unrealized gains but some Bitcoiners hate Trump so much not even that (let alone all the anti BTC cases government has pursued in the last 4 years) is enough to see he’s so much better for BTC and the country. Great advice - I’m going all into BTC…taking a leap of faith. I’ve been homeless but bounced back…I DCA about $2K a week. Hoping next 12 months and 2028 are my last 2 bullruns if the cycles keep repeating. If I lose, I’m ok - I’ve lost before….Also CPA here - I’d give exactly the same advice you do…but I’m going all in…f**k it…worse case scenario I’ll collect Social Security (I maxed out a lot of years bc of high salary) and I’ll move to a “cheap” State - not leaving the US.

Everyone knows it's better to start investing early, but in reality it's very hard to do when you're starting out in life. It gets easier as you get older because at some point you've bought most of the things you need. Bitcoin is a volatile asset so you shouldn't be investing money you may need short-term, because it may force you to sell at a loss. But I think it's a better use of your fiat money than frittering it away on the latest shiny things you probably don't need. Also, you need to think about inheritance planning and how to pass it on securely, not just how you keep it secure in your own possession.

I'm 75 with 90% Bitcoin and 10% Tesla. I've already sat through a few big drawdowns and it cramped my style for a little while but I always knew that if I tightened my belt and practiced a little stoicism it would pass and it always did. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Bitcoin is freedom money and it's a cause worth doing.
