Very similar to a lot of other social media sites. A central feed that is a mixture of adverts and posts from other medical professinals. There is a clear 'work' element to this. You can then customise what you see based off your clinical background. There are separate tabs then to access the other functions like the surveys. I hope that gives an outline!

Very clearly pharma sponsored, multiple adverts on the feed from drug companies and the surveys (that you can get paid for) are clearly sponsored
