Pro-Tip: If you are naked, you can grab EVERYTHING off a body with a double click on the undersuit. So to speed things up, I prefer to collect multiple bodies near a crate, at least 4, and then strip my gear into the crate... And then grab all of the undersuits off of the bodies (one at a time). This method cuts down on the total number of independent item transfers you have to do when looting bodies.

Actually, now it sort of runs without crashing. Just get something like 5600X and enable DLSS. It runs for me something 4 hours without a crash....

in 3.24.2 I noticed that the missiles could still hit my ship when behind the hostile distribution center tower.. but when I got out of ship, they stopped.. not sure.

Yeah, this is now completely not worth it. it would be nice if they had inventory kiosks spread around the DCs and that you can loot directly from the bodies into inventory. Then use freight elevators to load your ship (assuming you aren't going in as hostile to DC) with a large container. I tried a little bit of this with a single container and you're spending way more time dragging the damn thing(s) around than you know, actually FPSing.

I hate having a box to constantly worry about. It leaves you wide open with just your tractor beam out. Maybe we the idea is to look just rare items but that's no fun

Having to drag a storage box around like that is one of the dumbest things I have seen CIG do. Aside from PvP, the most fun in this game, to me at least, was having a local inventory to store items to transfer to ship, to collect stuff. Dragging a box has added what, exactly, aside from making a fun activity a stupid hassle now?

The game is by design and concept, supposed to be counter loot hording. Realistically, if you were a space marine or bounty hunter, you wouldn't go around carrying 50 enemies whole armor sets from dead bodies back to your ship would you? No, you'd take some gear if it was better than yours and move on to the next mission or bounty. This realistic immersive approach to space faring has been the concept all around. We don't want a loot hording MMO.

Only solution to infinite loading screen bug seems to be character repair

maybe it helps, go to arena commander and select free flight and fly somewhere against for example a meteorite so that you die and then press alt +f4 close the launcher and try to log in again.the infinite loading screen was with me when i logged out on my ship in bed.

There have been a few ways that I have seen to reset your account so the launcher clears the bug that is locking you into an infinite load in screen. easiest and unfortunately is least likely to work is changing reagions from like the EU servers to the US servers. Next is the load into Areana Commander play a round in that then go back to SC. another is if you have credits in the RSI store or can melt something and repurchase it without losing anything, it can reset your account in the game in a way that gets you past the bug. Kind of like a mini reset as a new item has to be added into your game account from the RSI sight.
