Great Video I am getting a 2021 850 XT DPS in the next week or so I payed $11,100 out the door then I did add a 5 year warranty and a back box I know you said you didn't like the extra warranty But I do and I'll tell you why I had a 2019 can am 450 and from day one had nothing but trouble out of it. if I didn't have the extra warranty I would have been out Thousands of dollars they had it so much at the dealer that Can am got in on it so they got that unit back so thats when I went with this 850 XT DPS the only problem is Can am can't get units in ive been waiting since June I see alot of people saying they have been waiting for over 6 Months my dealer just called two days ago said I should get it this week I have a wonderful Dealer, but you do have a beautiful atv its the same color as my 570 DPS, and yes I love the power steering to. great Video keep us up to date on how well you like the 850 one other thing Can am BRP did a price increase on all new 2022 atvs they went up around $650-$1000 per unit. that's why I went with a 2021

Thank you for being so open and sharing about the costs, and warranty. You answered a lot of questions that I have. I live in California, we have a lot more fees on every vehicle sold in the state (Every car sold, new or used has 13 different fees and taxes that are collected on every sale. ATV's, are not as bad but the Additional Dealer Markup out here is typically an additional $500 to $600....and it is taxable too.)... I also watched your 25 mile review. Thanks for sharing that as well. I am hoping to get a Can Am later this year, or maybe early next year (650)... hopefully the inventory goes back up later in the year.

No sales tax in NH. Any dealer has to honor the warranty period regardless of where its purchased.

Or just live in a state with no sales tax. Here in Alaska, we have no sales tax like several other states, although, there are some areas that do have sales tax such as the Kenai Peninsula. They have q 6% sales tax but it caps out at $50. Basically, you can go buy a new car and only pay $50 on the taxes. Anchorage, Fairbanks, etc. do not have this.

The $325 is insane for the 30 minutes it takes someone getting paid $15/hr to fill out--especially when you're paying full price already. This is the cost of doing business. They will try to justify the fee by telling you how much time it takes to fill it all out, or tell you that everyone pays it--which is a lie. Just think about how much time it's going to take them to watch you walk way while they sit there until closing wondering why they lost a sale. You never know the the bottom line unless you walk away without leaving any source of contact information. When you walk away, they know it's their last shot to sell. Otherwise, there's other places to shop. With that said, congrats on your new ride.

not bad. I bought a 2021 outlander xt 1000 back in october paid 13750 out the door from andres in montrose pa. no frieght fee. but only 6 month warrantee. is was msrp plus 6 percent tax and document fee. id havta look at reciept again too see what i paid for documentation. just did cash for it.

I just bought my 2021 Can-am Outlander 650 xt in West Virginia. I paid 10,600 for it with extended warrenty included and when i first asked Harold (owner of the dealership) about it he just said "thousand dollars off, whats next?"
