Very good content wuon Odidi. Not easy getting a trust worthy contractor. A friend of mine told me even if you are on the ground, you’ll still be character developed. I have gone through a lot of pain with contractors.

Prof, you're absolutely right about today's topic. I'm a journalist by profession, but I have an immense love for construction sites. Every time I pass one, I feel like I should be the one supervising the work. However, I've learned that it's not easy to cut corners with me. What I’ve realized is that you must be actively involved at every stage of the construction process.
